After taking the 2020 title, SEA has demonstrated that they continue to lead the industry in customer satisfaction by providing the highest quality products and installations with the best service delivery.
Director of Business Development, Daniel Lanzetta, is immensely proud of this achievement:

Product Review is Australia’s leading consumer feedback website. Customers have provided opinions on their dealings with nearly 80,000 Australian companies and it’s certainly a tough crowd.

The award is determined by a team of analysts from ProductReview who look at qualitative data and metric comparisons, particularly the ratio of 1 star to 5 star reviews. There are no commercial ties affecting the results and deciding the winner is independent of any external factors.
