LG National Award: Smart Energy Answers Shines in 2020

Now we are proud to showcase our latest victory – The LG National Award for Best Commercial Project of 2020.

The featured commercial project is the amazing 500kW V&N installation at Wetherill Park.

V&N Glass is a highly professional and experienced glass products manufacturer and supplier. As one of the leading residential and commercial glass processors in Sydney, the business custom cuts and processes all types of glass using heavy machinery. This results in extremely high electricity bills and a need to reduce costs through sustainable power.

V&N approached Smart Energy Answers (SEA) to develop a high-quality system for their Wetherill Park factory to offset the electricity cost as much as possible. To support V&N, SEA came up with an undeniably high-quality solution, providing the best technology available in today’s market – LG NeON 2 panels matched to SolarEdge inverters and optimisers.

SEA was carefully vetted against ten other solar providers. We were awarded the project based on our value for money, leading technologies, long-term warranties, and our proven and extensive commercial installation experience. SEA dedicated extensive hours to ensure that every detail of V&N’s vision was considered.

Since the installation, V&N has already decreased its reliance on the electricity grid by 60% enjoying the short-term results while preparing for the long-term peace of mind
